Condolence: Through the years in Oak Harbor while on the Island Thrift Board and Kiwanis Club I had the opportunity to work with Bill on major fundraisers (circus,Elvis, and the Whidbey Jazz Festival,Oak Harbor Senior Center and Daybreak
facilities for caregivers.
He was effective, organized, successful, and always the gentleman.
We will miss Bill.
