Condolence: I googled my name and found this site. Thank you for responding meaning his friends I remeber my Dad talking about hayne. He is so missed by me I love him so much. He was my Hero. I still need him to ask him questions about life. He was my go to guy what ever he would suggest I would.

Condolence: I met Ben at Whidbey Island in 1958..I was fresh out of AEA A school and I think he was to...I had a 58 chev and we were eating at a drive in When he met his future wife Jan...
Ben always liked working on the old P2V's, but we had A3D's and F9F 8T's..We were in the old HATUPAC...We kept in touch for years, but eventualy lost contact....I was really surprised to learn he had passed..They were great people........JH

Condolence: I first net Ben when I reported to VA 145 in 1976 . I was Impressed with his cheerful attitude and how he looked after us young sailors. we worked on many airplanes together he was an electrician scpo. I was a metal smith . Ben was a great roll model for me and taught me a lot about being a chief. I will miss him but I have a million memories of the old chief . if I could say one last thing to chief dial . it would be ya done good Ben. my prayers go out to Ben's family
