Norman McCullough of Coupeville, WA passed away on January 30, 2017 surrounded by loving family members. A Memorial Service for Norm will be held at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 1:00 pm. The family suggests memorials to North Whidbey Help House.
