Oak Harbor resident, Michael P Hoing, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 with his loving family by his side. He was 57 years of age. He was born in Oakland, CA to Joan (Sanborn) and Maynard “Joe” Hoing. Mike loved to hunt and fish, “shoot the bull”, and play sneaky gags on people.

We miss Mike already. The family suggests memorials to Island County Mental Health C/O Jackie Henderson, Human Services Director, PO Box 5000, Coupeville, WA 98239. Arrangements were entrusted to Wallin Funeral Home.
