Condolence: Jo was a role model with her work ethic, love of life and her devotion to her family and church family. Jo's accomplishments in making Oak Harbor and the community a better place would take more than one page. I join the community is writing that she will be missed. Peace and joy, Jo.

Condolence: Jo was such a neat lady. We spent many an hour "solving the worlds problems" in her office. We also talked of the plight of our seniors and what can be done. I enjoyed every minute I spent with Jo. I found her to be intelligent, strong, compassionate, supportive and most importantly, had a strong belief in God. I know Jo received her eternal reward promised by God and I am so glad she is by His side. Thank you Jo, for all the time you spent with me that turned out to teach me some life-long lessons.
