Clarise Jeanne “Clare” Wright sadly passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Island Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 31 years of age. Clare was born July 6, 1986 in Montgomery, Pennsylvania to David and Debora (Aldridge) Wright. She has called Oak Harbor home for the past 28 years.
Clare was a music enthusiast, enjoying alternative rock, some country tunes and the groups Queen and ACDC. She was an avid writer of stories and appreciated Anime art. Clarise was also a dog enthusiast and loved taking her dog, Mica, for walks around town. Mica will miss her human companion dearly.
Clarise is survived by her loving parents Debora and David Wright and three sisters Misty, Nicola, and Jamie. She is also survived by nieces Alijiah and Chloe. She was preceded in death by paternal Grandfather Albert C. Wright and maternal grandparents Walter and Dorcas Aldridge.
