Beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, LuAnn passed away unexpectedly, at the age of 52, on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in Oak Harbor, WA.

LuAnn was born to Kenneth & Patricia Frazier on Wednesday, May 12, 1965 in Bellevue, WA. She was the sixth in a family of seven children. She grew up in Kirkland, WA, moving to Oak Harbor several years ago. LuAnn was outgoing, fun-loving and well-liked by all who met her. She was the Deli Manager at Saar’s Super Saver Foods for the past 5 years. She had recently purchased a home and loved to tinker in her garden.

LuAnn is survived by her mother, Patricia Frazier and father and stepmother, Kenneth & Mary Frazier Sr. Also surviving are sisters, Keran Frazier, Susan (Les) Dahl, and Cathy Shinn; brothers, Kenneth (Nicole) Frazier Jr, David Frazier, and Richard (Dana) Frazier; half-sister, Shelley Khorrami, and numerous nieces and nephews. LuAnn was deeply loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life reception in LuAnn’s honor will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 2-4 pm at Wallin Funeral Home in Oak Harbor, WA.
