Frank John Foote, age 61, of Langley, WA passed away on January 26, 2018

Frank was born in Seattle, WA on March 7, 1956. He graduated from Shoreline High School in 1974 and continued on to Shoreline Community College.

He worked in the Foote family candy business until it was sold. He relocated to Langley, on Whidbey Island where he worked in the grocery business for the rest of his working life.

Frank is survived by his father Frank R. Foote, step mother Bonnie Sullivan-Foote, brother Jerry K Foote (Abby), sisters Karen P. Murphy (Joe) and Nancy L. Schaaf (Bob) and 11 nieces and nephews.

Frank is preceded in death by his mother, Joan P. Foote

Although he left us early, he will always be remembered fondly as a kind, caring and sensitive man in the hearts of his family and friends. Private family service to be held at a later date.
