Obituary for Mark A Davis

Chef Mark Davis was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 26, 1957. He and his family moved to Washington when he was a child. Mark began cooking at an early age. He served in the United States Air Force as a cook and when he returned to civilian life he continued his career in the culinary arts, becoming Executive Chef at the Casa Munras Hotel in Monterey, CA and ended as chef at The Mad Crab in Coupeville, WA. Mark died on February 20, 2018 after a brief illness. He is survived by his mother, Carol Reafs, brothers Curt Davis (Kathleen) and Jay Reafs (Natalie), sisters Laura Mullin (Dennis) and Suzan Georges (Ryan), five nieces, five nephews and 3 great-nephews. He shared his love of cooking with many young people and was an accomplished Dungeon Master. He loved playing games and volleyball. He will be greatly missed and remembered with love and respect.
