Obituary for Marjorie Link
Marjorie Joyce Link died peacefully at home with her family beside her on September 29th, 2019. She was born to Dolly and Edward Berres in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 8, 1923.
She married Henry Link in a Navy Ceremony in Pensacola, Florida on July 28, 1944 and celebrated 72 years of marriage in 2016. She was a devoted wife to Henry and mother to Julie (John) Wasser, Gregory Link and Sandra Dubsky and grandmother to Tait (Marijana) Wasser, Carrie (Steve) Andersson, and Zachary (Sara) Wasser, Tyler (Melanie) Dubsky, and Luke Dubsky, as well as nine great-grandchildren.
Faith, family, and homemaking were her passions. When her children were grown, she enjoyed her many years working at Oak Harbor High School.
Marge was an active member of Oak Harbor Lutheran Church since 1956. A memorial service will be held there for her on November 16, 2019 at 11am. She is greatly missed by her family.
