He could make things happen

I will never forget how Bill helped us get moved. We still owned the house by Coupeville, but bought the house by West Beach. I had thought I wouldn't be in a hurry, but of course, once it closed, I immediately wanted to move. However, everyone we called said it would be two or three weeks before they could move us. I came into the restaurant the next day and Bill was there talking to Tim. He turned to me and said "When do you want to move?" "Tomorrow." I answered. Sure enough, he gave us a guy to call and we got to move that weekend. He would do anything for his friends and he knew how to do it.
