We came to Whidbey Island in 2001. Bill was one of the first people we met. He was very welcoming and we had a lot of good conversations.
I have worked at picture framing so we had fun technical discussions.
We enjoyed his eye for beauty,his intelligence
and wisdom.
We were lucky to know him -
