Susan was my friend, class mate and coworker at the UW Medical Center for so many years. I know she was very proud of her son Tyler. Whidbey Island was home and truly her joy in life. Susan was very independent, creative and resourceful. She used these skills and attributes very well in her professional and personal life. My heart goes out to all of her family. I am sorry I missed the celebration of Susan's life. I will remember her.
