just glimpses

When Pam and John bought their Tilbury home, Pam said as soon as she saw me out working in the yard, she knew John would love it on this street.

I'd run into Pam on the street as we collected our mail and I would be intimidated by how active and fit she was.

I remember she asked my boys to help put Christmas decorations up on their roof.  The boys were suppose to do it gratis but Pam slipped them some cash with a warning "Don't tell your Mom!".  Those Christmas decorations were featured on the front page of the Whidbey News Times.

John and Pam hosted a Super Bowl party and I was so impressed with all of Pam's decorations.  With her attention to details, and refined tastes, she should have been a professional decorator. I later learned your homes were always so wonderfully decorated.

Pam loved cats and her family.  She was generous, creative, full of boundless energy and smart.  She brightened the lives of all who had the opportunity to have known her. We will all miss her dearly.
