My heart is so full of sorrow at the passing of beautiful Kate. I have had the pleasure of dancing and performing with Kate the past 10 years and from the very first moment was so grateful to her for the support she showed me, an awkward middle-aged woman learning to dance for the first time in my life. She embraced me and encouraged me. Kate is a lovely, lovely soul and I will miss her. To Kate's family I want you to know that I have been praying for peace and comfort for you. I am so terribly sorry.
