A Mans, Man

I have so much respect for this man. He knew when and how to scold you when he thought you were being careless with City equipment. He had such a great sense of humor and made it fun to come to work. Was one of the greatest pranksters I ever met, He could light you up sending voltage (12v) through your body, or maybe a bottle rocket to keep you dancing. A little story: When I started work with the city, I was working in the garbage Dept. One day we were dumping garbage at the fleet reserve just behind the city shop. Dicks mechanic shop had a tin roof and I would walk over just behind his shop and throw a handful of gravel on his roof and run like he__I knew that had to make quite a racket so I told the driver to get the he__ out of here because I was riding on the back of the garbage truck but dick never said any thing about it that day. A week later I did the same thing and still no response. So the next week when we came through to dump garbage at the fleet I ran over behind dicks shop and just as I bent over to pick up a handful of gravel a door swung open behind dicks shop, And there was Dick with a BB gun, He was a firing away. I ran like he__ jumped on the back of that garbage truck and got the he__out of there. I will never forget the fun we had and we still laughed about it to this day As a matter of fact I think I'm still pulling BB's out of my a__.I have so many fond / fun memories of this man I will never forget him. Love you Dick. RIP
